Event Sales
Requirements
Create sales and generating revenue for Omnivent Inc & Lollypop Linens
Developing and negotiation of contracts, inside sales activity and outside sales calls
Coordinating with vendors/caterers/venues and Omnivent staff to deliver on customer expectations
Contacting and meet with clients to plan, detail and execute events exceeding expectations
Site surveryss, creating event diagrams based on needs of the event
Utilizing event calendar system
Partnering with Operations to assist with file system, spreadsheets, inquiries/appointments, contracts and invoicing
Conducting research and outgoing calls to uncover new sources of business to organizations, non-profits, corporate, social, educational groups to educate clients on Omnivent Inc's services.
