About the Role
We are looking for a competent Event Team leader to oversee and organize job sites at events. You’ll ensure events are successful and while paying attention to time constraints. Event Team Leader responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service and organizing memorable events that meet quality expectations. An event team leader is, above all, a project manager who understands team management, client relationships and proper installation techniques of audio, video and lighting. We want to see enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas. Organizational skills required to not leave anything about an event to chance, meaning communicating with Operations for schedules & pick lists. Organizational skills required production for event meetings, staffing, & maintenance schedule.
Requirements
Valid Driver’s License
Drive box trucks & air brake lift gate trucks
Climb ladders & use of genie lifts
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Basic knowledge of audio, video & lighting
Basic knowledge of power
Skilled in project management
Outstanding communication
Excellent organizational skills for gear lists
Execellentproblem-solving
Great leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with Operations
