Bear CreekMountain Resort

Bear Creek Mountain Resort has three banquet halls with attached patios where you can host your receptions and ceremonies. The largest of these is the Mountain Ballroom which features rustic accents, sparkling chandeliers, and breathtaking views of the mountain. The Lodge Ballroom has large windows and cozy fireplaces, while the Woodland Courtyard comes with a heated deck. Omnivent has worked in all of the unique spaces of Bear Creek.

Ceremony Drape & Chandeleir

Adding wide panels of sheer drapery with a crystal chandelier enhanced the pergola, giving the space a touch of elegance.

Summer Wedding

In the Lodge, we added wide swag panels of sheer drape, tied back with ivy. We provided the chandelier, uplighting and hung the potted plants through out the ceiling. Our gold Chiavari chairs, vintage white leather sweetheart chairs and table skirts adds an impactful change in the room as you enter. Elegant and beautiful!

Ceiling Drapery

For this Spring wedding, we added a 5 arm ceiling drape look with string light edging and a custom string light & ivy chandelier in the middle.

Woodland String lighting

In the Woodland Ballroom, we added our globe string lighting in an 'X' pattern.

Holiday Wedding

For this wedding, we provided 4 warm white light ever green trees to add to the holiday decor.

Whimsical Wedding

In the Mountain Ballroom, this whimsical wedding added our boxwood wall as the sweetheart backdrop, up lighting, star projection lighting, & gold Chiavari chairs. It was a show stopper walking into the room and seeing the visual elements!
